Envelope Tweaker封套調整器

這個script是用來細調Skin修改器的Envelope(封套).
特色是一次可以調整兩邊的封套,而不是一邊調完,再調另一邊.
封套旋轉時是以本地座標為旋轉軸

This script is used to fine-tune the Envelope of Skin modifier.
You can adjust both sides of the envelope at one time.
Rotate envelope by local axis.
